Help needed ASAP! Come down with the flu during cycle!

Yesterday I woke up feeling sick, over tired, Head ace dizziness, "typical man flu" I was so drained in bed "all day though to now where I finally got up" all is I did was drink lucozade" I did not have one single bite to eat, Well I tried but i spewed it right back up, A full day on a empty stomach.

I'm currently doing my first cycle test e only, I'm in to my 6th week the start of Monday, I had Dbol for the first 4 week, and gains have been great, I gained around 8lb I'll not get into it anymore, anyway since i finally got out of bed i feel as if I've lost about a stone in weight I haven't even dared to get on the scales. I'm kinda feeling depresed now thinking it has ruined my cycle I was doing so well and i feel as if I have lost all my strength. Can anyone just tell me what's the best thing to do now. Stay in and start eating again? rest!? I'm feeling a little better today still got diarrhea but I hope this clears up fast!
 
Rest... Drink lots of water... Try to at least drink your protein shakes.... And wait till it passes. The weight you lost being sick was just water anyway... Your body will snap back in a day or two. I think "bigger"exia is kinda funny... We all suffer from it to varying degrees.
 
I just hope this passes soon I feel awful! Can't remember the last time I was sick, Think it's something I eat due to the churning of my stomach and the heaving a sickness I was feeling all yesterday, Still I feel as I can not eat, I have consumed 1 protein shake today and that was a real struggle getting it down, I really doubt that I could eat any real food. I think I will add some oats into my next shake to give me some energy!
 
This happenned to me a few times, getting the flu while on cycle.

Your body is sick, u got the flu. Shit happens. U need rest to help your immune system fight the virus. Your priority should be getting rid of that flu. Stress doesnt help. It lowers your defenses. Just chill.
Maybe you will loose 4-5 days of training, but look at this another way. Your muscle fibers will be fully regenerated when you go back to the gym.
Its like a forced rest period. ''Enjoy'' it, as funny as this sound, fix yourself good, then when u feel you re up to it, hit the gym hard and keep it rolling.

Every 6 to 8 weeks i take a few days off, like 4-5 days, and find it beneficial, even while on cycle.
 
Feeling much better, I was just feeling so down at the time, i weighed my self and I lost 6lb in 2 days of the 8lb I gained haha

Mostly water, cause 6 pounds = approx 21,000 calories...i very much doubt u went into that much of a cal deficit in 2 days:p

Ull get it right back
