Hi, I am new to this site and am a regular user of anabolic stacks in my daily life. A friend of mine has been on a depression lately, his wife passed away a few months ago and he decided over the last few days to take a o/d on clenbuterol. He has taken around 1600mcg in the last 3-4 days and I dont know what to do. He feels fine he said and he knows it was stupid but he wont go to the hospital. Does anyone know anything?

Go straight to the Emergency Room if you suspect a Clenbuterol overdose. It is a stimulant/monoamine and can cause cardiac issues/failure.
If he has taken 1600mcg in one hit, that's an amount I would total in 4 weeks total... Surely his BP is jacked at the minimum. Get him checked out, your friend is being wreckless with his life.

At that dose for such a short amount of time your concern is the short term effects rather than long term.
You mean to say he doesn't feel jittery, anxious or like his pulse is banging a bit hard? To be on the safe side 1600mcg clen over 4 days = 300mcg per day which is enough to notice the sides. I can't tell you the amount of people I've bumped into who start of running Clen at 75-150mcg right up, unknowingly because they just got told to take "1ml every morning" and tell me how anxious and jittery they feel.
Shit I'd start as low as 20mcg and taper up to 40mcg max 60mcg if I ever touched it just to give you an idea of what he is ingesting.
You're friend probably has bunk stuff or is not telling the truth that he even took it and is using it as a hidden plea for help or attention, even then you should clearly be able to see at that dose he is looking a little bit frazzled.
If you think I'm joking... that's just over 100mcg dose....

He has said that he doesn't feel great but not to bad, his head feels a little pressure and a ache towards his heart, he is a little jittery but he doesn't feel like he's going to die. The bottle said Clenbuterol HCL 40MCG Tablets by Munster Labrartories in Switzerland. I don't think he is lying to me, he isn't that sort of guy. I agree with him needing help which I am going to do but if something was going to happen to him because of this would it have already?

Clen is long acting, the half-life of is around 48 hours long hence an OD can occur well-after the dosing of it. Unlike some drugs where the OD can come upon the drug hitting the blood stream, stimulants can cause complications not only when it becomes active but the risk is still elevated whilst it is active which is hours after dosing because it is active for so long. Say you dose 100mcg of Clen, if you don't suffer some cardiac event when it hits you, 48hrs later you still have around 50mcg of Clen active in you and OD/Cardiac issues can happen as long as it is active.
Could be underdosed, too many factors, but one thing is certain, be on the safe side and take your mate to the hospital or doctor, well insist he does it's his choice in the end, a check up is the least you can do but it may be the best thing he can do.
I'm not sure what else you are expecting? Is he ok, fucking no way, I'm not going to sit here and say yes he is fine when that is irresponsible of me to say especially with my understanding and knowledge on the monoaminergic system and related sytems of the body in that your friend is at high risk with dosing like that and is at high risk of suffering a cardiac event. It is wreckless and irresponsible and my only advice to you to him is go to hospital and tell them.
