I have just three months left until my vacation and I need to get in shape fast!!!
I'm now ready to train again after a year off with injury, during this time off I've gained a bit of a belly, a bit of meat on my butt and LOVE HANDLES which are my most notable.

Whats the best excersises to burn these areas guys, Especially The love handles, mine seem to be more fatty at the back rather than the sides.

Please help guys, dont wanna go caribbean looking like a small walrus lol

Muscle does not catabolize fat stores, your body controls where it comes off of primarily via your DIET. If you are insulin resistant its because of DIET not exercise, and thusly you can't really undo it by anything other than diet.

I wish you luck training after your layoff though, hopefully you know what you are doing.

So your saying that theres no way to target that specific area through either training or cardio?
There must be exercises that will help reduce it.

Diet Diet Diet and swim. Maybe some high rep free weight work. A lot of people say cardio and people just hear that and assume treadmill. Personally I feel the treadmill is a joke and a waist of time for those lookin to slim down quick. Dont get me wrong I go on the treadmill twice a week for 40 min's. I do it to help out my Bp and it's done and for theraputic reasons. I would never get on one lookin to trim down. The elliptical works alright. You can shed BF like a mo fo throgh swimming.

There is no way to target specific areas through training or cardio. And even worse, areas that you want to lose fat from are likely going to be the last places you will lose fat from

the best exercise to shed unwanted fat is push aways. works everytime.

Pushing away pizza seems to work best for me. I'm thinking that with donuts it would also produce results.
