Help needed what to do next

I have lifted weights for approx 7 yrs, first couple of years fairly serious but never really sorted diet out and never did any cardio, so belly remained, I'm 45 now and have just moved to Australia from uk a year ago, so spend more time with my shirt off on the beach, not liking my belly now at all, so started adding cardio 20 mins per session 3-4 times per week, diet not brilliant but eating prob 1500-1800 cals a day but not much movement in reduction of belly, so added in a boot camp 3 nights a week for 8 weeks, still no movement, although felt fitter,
So then mate told me about T3 so did 4 week cycle of T3 , I lost about 0.5 inch from belly, so no big movement.

77kg
Bf I think around 25%
A mate at work has suggest a test cycle
1 amp per week for 5 weeks then 1 amp every 2 weeks
I want advice before I even think of doing anything
Question is how am I going to lose my unwanted BF
Will test make me leaner

I think you very well may have low testosterone at your age and that is the reason for the problems.

Get your T-levels checked! If they are fine then take the next step and get with a nutritionist. at 170lbs with 25% body fat you need an expert to fix things for you

If you don't have low test there is no need to go screwing around with your hormones at age 45 brother! trust me on this. I'm older than you :P

Hi thanks for reply, had it tested last year they wait was in a normal range
Just frustrated with going to gym 3-4 days per week and watching what I eat and seeing my BF stay the same

Do you have an exact number on those test levels Tom? normal for a doctor might not be normal for us to feel good if you follow me.

It's not just about watching what you eat brother! You have to eat certain things that create the right atmosphere for your body to kick into fat burning mode. Remember that food is the most anabolic thing out there!

I am advising not jumping on a cycle at 45 because of all the crap that comes along with it. Your natural testosterone production will be shut down and then we have to cross our fingers that you can make a full recovery after the cycle. You could end up much worse man. 45 isn't the time to go playing with things to start. We have hemocrit to worry about at this age and a host of other things.

Think this one through carefully or you can very well live to regret it. Imagine having lower test levels than when you started and to top it off some possible ED issues :)

hi I've been looking for my results and couldn't find them, i have joined up with the 3j's nutrition website now, so hopefully thats going to give me what i need to sort my bf out, we will see what happens with that now, i have got the test but knowing that i can always sell it back to my mate.
 
You need 3j. That's the fastest way to lose weight. I lost 10 lbs my first 2 weeks. 3j nutrition network is what you need.
