Help Please! Deca Test Cycle

Ok. Help.

And deca should not be used as a first cycle unless you have done a lot of research and know your shit. Anyway pm me any time for help bro. And I got 250 so post on this site but i got over 80k post on other sites and my name is known net wife. Needtogetaas,need2,needto and others. Just to a net search.

I've done some of the research.
I'm on 250 test 250 deca 2x a week and started dbol .
Why is it suggested no deca on first run? I'm operating on a plan given to me by someone who has done same cycle 4 months at a time for 8 years. Any advice is appreciated.
Already a week into cycle.
No side effects so far.
Also adding aristradol or whatever it's called for estrogen restriction.

have you done any blood works to monitor your blood levels? Total Test, E2, Lh?
