Hi! I'm getting back into a fitness regime and was told to try Anavar. It's been 5 years since I worked out regularly. I use to work in a gym so I lifted everyday, free weights, and did cardio 3-5 times a week. My food was right and I was in good shape. But...I came home when my husband went on the road to work and my physical activity as well as my eating habits went to hell with the suddeness of being a single mom with 4 active kids. I'm fully aware of what I need to do in the gym and how to eat, but one thing I never did was steroids. A friend of mine suggested a cycle of Anavar for this first 6-8 weeks of my return to lifting, and after an 8 week break, do another 6 week cycle. I've lost much of the muscle mass that I developed in the 6 years I lifted regulary and my strength is embarrassing low. Here are my current stats:
Gender: Female
Age: 37
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 195
Goal: 170 lbs, fitness model build more than bodybuilder physique
I understand I have a long haul ahead of me. 170-175 is a healthy weight for me so I could ditch 20 lbs of fat (or more since I've lost muscle). I'm making the necessary moves in my diet, reverting back to eating clean, 5-6 times a day, meals loaded with protein and balanced with healthy carbs and vegetables. Also beginning a workout program of weights 4 days a weeks. Cardio 2 days. Just curious if I even need to attempt the Anavar this early in? Or should I wait?
Thanks in advance
