I am having the worst fuckin problem with my arm. On my left arm from my wrist to my elbow there is a tendon on the outside, like halfway between the two..... It is fucking killing me. Especially when I have to curl something. Today shoulder day I did military dumbell presses then front and side laterals. Well I could not do the laterals !!! Way too much pain. I wonder if it is tendonitis or tennis elbow. How can I help this ??? PIlls, excersises, cream ???? I thought it was the muscle or tendon growing faster than the sheath that encases it but I dont know WTF is going on !!! Help Please....Thanks guys/gals....

It may very well be bicipital tendonitis. It most often is actually caused by squatting (holding the bar in posistion) and after it is aggrevated, damn near everything bothers it. When it bothers me (it often does) I use a cambered. safety squat bar, and do various deads for awhile instead of squatting with a straght bar. I also cut out any direct arm work that bothers it, and it gets better in a few weeks.

It goes away so relax. You have to rest it. Dont do anything that hurts it. It will take time. Also, go see a doctor about any pain, he will help.

See if you can find a trigger point therapist near where you live. Most of them are listed as massage therapist but you want one that specializes in trigger points. See if he can work it out. My guy costs $25 for 45minutes and can fix just about anything in one or two visits. Read about trigger points here: http://www.aafp.org/afp/20020215/653.html
