Help, Thew up after first Test E glute injection ???

Hey guys,

started my first cycle (12 weeks, 500mg/week of Test E)

Did my first injection this morning in glute using 23g 1 /4 pin and I will admit I was really nervous, but afterwards I hopped into the shower and thew up??? what could this be from? nervs?? I injected into the upper right part of glute and only left like a millimetre or two of needle showing so theres no way I could have missed the muscle right??? also I do not hold a lot of fat in that area... what could this have been from? I feel fine right now..has this happened to anyone else???

sounds like you almost had a panic attack. i know its easier said then done, but try to relax next time. none of us on here were great at pinning at 1st

Thanks guys , it was a lot less daunting then I thought so next one should be fine if it was just nerves.

Hell, my first time I got nervous and was sweating. Had to get the ex wife to finish. Got easier after that.

Yeah, I would say that's a good idea. If not, you may very well pass out.

Just make sure you are pinning in the right spots. I never threw up, but it had to be nerves. Just relax and don't let it get the best of ya.

 

[Methodology]

If you're pinning and you feel a small pain in your leg/arm/butt while your pushing the pin in, just move it slightly and continue to pierce, it should glide on in pain free, otherwise you hit a nerve for sure.

Just neves. As long as no excess blood or pain you'll be fine. It gets easier

Yeah I'm guessing I was nervous and it got the best of me because its now te afternoon and I feel fine. I didnt hit a vein or anything as I aspirated to make sure.

No worries dude. How do you expect any person reacts to injecting themself for the first time. If they dont react in some way or another, id worry about them. I didnt throw up, but definetly layed down and felt weak for the first 20mins after my first injection that I did to myself. Took about a month and a half for it to become acceptable in "my head" without it bugging me.

Lol dude just put some metallica on crank it full blast and just get your self amped like your going to go fight someone. I personally use to take a pen and circle where to inject to so i had to think less.

Lol I might just try that! I have Aromasin, should I take that EOD? 12.5mg.. or wait to see if I get any signs ?? I just don't want to hinder any gains...
