HELP with a mass building Training program

Hey guys i been on here for a little bit and im currently working with 3j. I been doing a reverse pyramiding regimen for quite sometime and it has helped alot. Great gains and alot of that is from my diet being on point since i first used 3j about a year ago. But i just wanted some feedback on what you guys think works. I been bulking for a year now and im not stopping until im at a size i like. But any feedback will help thanks!
