Help with arms?

hey guys, just a quick question.. im 22... 6 foot at around 163 lbs... ive filled out most of my upper body (chest, lats, traps, shoulders etc..) but im having a huuge amount of difficulty gettin these arms to grow the way i would like them to. they look half decent from the side but theres no mass to them from the front... is my ectomorphic body type gonna have me lookin disproportioned always or is there something i can do to beef them up a bit.. i work arms twice a week once at the beginning and again at the end...i dont think its overtraining but maybe im wrong. Any suggestions??
 
Well, sort of. not really. lol...I have terrible genetics for the wheels... so their a little lacking. Does this contribute alot to my problem with the arms though?
 
At 6' 163 lbs you need to gain overall mass. A lot of it. Gain 40 lbs of lean bodymass and your arms will be thicker.
You need a bulking diet and start deadlifting, squating and benching heavy.

Im almost a month in to my first bulking diet... roughly 4000-4200 cals/day although i dont do much for deads, squats. Ive read your bulking progress thread before, awesome job too man.. you got great gains for being natty. good work. Ill keep you posted on my progress. thanks for the reply.
