hey guys, just a quick question.. im 22... 6 foot at around 163 lbs... ive filled out most of my upper body (chest, lats, traps, shoulders etc..) but im having a huuge amount of difficulty gettin these arms to grow the way i would like them to. they look half decent from the side but theres no mass to them from the front... is my ectomorphic body type gonna have me lookin disproportioned always or is there something i can do to beef them up a bit.. i work arms twice a week once at the beginning and again at the end...i dont think its overtraining but maybe im wrong. Any suggestions??
