I've tried some different things alond the way. 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2-3 15, 12, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 5x5 5x3 5x4 and what i'm current;y using. Never had any luck with any of the 5x5 ty[pe workouts.
