Help with diet!

Hey guys so ive been following my diet for the past 2 months i went from 22% BF and now im 15.5% BF. now im thinking about pushing it to get to 12-13% so i m thinking about dropping the carbs abit more heres how my diet looks as of now

1-8 egg whites with reg oats
2- 8 oz chicken with 4 oz brown rice
3- 7 oz steak with 4 oz sweeetP
4- 8 oz chicken with 4 oz chicken
5- 8 of just chicken before 2 hours of bed
with each meal i have abit of veggies and i drink about 2-3L of water through out the day. with all that said im around 2.5k cals a day so what im thinking is cycleing the carbs 1 day high,med,low or geting my carbs from veggies/fruits and 40g post work out

btw im doing cardio 6 times a week and each day i try to burn 500-600 cals

what do you guys think?
 
What are your stat's and what are your macros currently?

IMO-You need some more good fats in your diet...
