Hey everyone..first post here.

I've been working out for about 5 years now on and off...mostly on..i'm 5'4'' and weight 130 lbs.

I workout 4 times a week but i am not a true to the core body builder..I just simple want to get some more muscle.

So, I thought of trying to use a gainer because I haven't seen alot of weight gain lately and because i work out enough I think it's my diet.
I am eating reugulary not shoving food to my mouth but I try to eat well enough..and always cracks open a box of tuna after training.

I did some research and I think I'm gonna go with the Optimum Pro Complex.
I need your opinion about the product or if you have some other advice I would really appreciated it.

Thx :)

I'd go with muscle juice or the optimum serious mass weight gainer.try to hit about 3500 to 4000 calories a day.

the serious mass is more tailored to what your looking to do in terms of calories and a host of other items your want since your trying to bulk up such as creatine. the pro comp isn't a bad choice though but your have to dose it high and it will cost you alot more money in the long run.

Thx for all the info...I've also been talking to some friends at the gym..I think the serious mass is perfect to me especially becaus eof the high calories value 1250 approx..and the pro complex has about 600-700 I think. Also Serious mass much cheaper

Thx alot for the help ;)

Id also look into a nutrient partitioner. They promote the direction of where your nutrients get stored. Food is either goin to be used for energy but first it has to be stored and you want it stored in your muscle, or you goin to sh## it out. Anabolic Pump from Usp labs is my favorite nutrient partitioner out there.

Another thing to consider is branch chain amino acids (bcaa). They will provide your body with a alternative energy source, and giving other nutrients an opportunity to rebuild your body. Our Ibcaa's is the best form you can buy, here is a link for you to check them out IBCAA is an Instantized Branched-Chain Amino Acid You'll notice that they are instantized for better mixability and absorption.
