thanks i will order today...would you stop using the ralox and just switch to tamox?

i would just swap out the ralox for tamox. the next day after getting tamox just start with that IMO. they are very similar and i dont think lowering one dose while upping the next one (as sort of a transition) is needed.

wombat from what u see or feel its a lump bhind the nipple ? is there not a glad there we all have that u can feel ? how are u sure its gyno ? does it look like u are forming gyno ? Taking hormones can enlarge the nipple the nipple and make them puffy

I dont take hormones..its definitely gyno brother

I was actually just going to post a similar thread...i have been on ralox for about 2 months now and experienced what i believe to be a little shrinkage but am wondering if a switch to TAMOX would yield better results. I have never done AAS nor to i plan too. I don't see how letro would be effective when my estrogen is in normal range and has been for years. This is OLD gyno. Sure, surgery might be the only way, but i'm willing to try other things before giving up. I have one more month supply of ralox but i'm wondering if a switch to tamox may be a better option.

What dosage have you been on for ralox? I've been at 60mg every day. And what dosage of tamox do you guys recommend? Thanks a ton by the way guys!!!!

ive been at 60 a day...for about 2 months...switching to nolva at 40 per day

for tamox i would go around 40mg ed IMO

40 for at least a week , then you may be able to drop down to 20. If you have been using ralox however, id stay at 40.

i dont use aas and never have..its old a gyno from a pro hormone back when i was really uneducated and didn't know what it was or from an ssri way back in the day. Wish i would have caught it back then and dealt with it...i had no idea i had it..i guess i didnt check my body as much as now and maybe its gotten bigger. who knows. either way i just want it gone

at this points probably tamox will work or its surgery...i don't even want to consider letro as a possibility
