Hi guys,

I have another thread here, but now I have been to the hospital for further evalution. 2 Things happened; My left testicle might have a tumor. Biopsy next week. The other problem is that my Testosteron is low. Estrogen level was in the lower range and completly normal.

Testosteron: 180ng/dL
FSH: 7
LH: 5
SHGB: 24 nmol/l
Free testosteron: Paper just says index 27?

The doctor said my levels where on the border of low but within the "normal" range :wallbash:. She also said there was nothing wrong with my brain nor testicles as such. So no TRT for me. I live in a very "strict" country regarding this subject.

Any input would be very appreciated.

On the border? You are not on the border, anything under 350 ng/dl is cause for concern.

Under 200 is near castrate levels, not all of our testosterone is made in the testicles. Its possible yours are not producing any T at all.

You definitely need TRT, probably change your life.

Send us your info, we will get you going ASAP.

Your doc said your Testosterone was borderline of low at 180ng/dL? Time for a new doc.
IMT will not lead you astray.

Well there is no other doctor. In my country there are a few main hospitals and I was referred to the biggest. There is no private specialist here.

I also talked to the doc again and she wants to find the cause first, before putting me on TRT. Might be cancer in the testis.

She mentioned that I could chose between testosteron gel, pills or injections (every third month) when the time comes.

In Europe you have to find someone that will prescribe Nebido for you. Unfortunately thats about all they will do.

Thanks for the info. A google search reveiled that the shot nebido is every 12 weeks of 100mg. Thats about 25mg/week :scratchhe

That will result is a short peek and a very long valley. Damn. Will try to convince them to go another route or go the illegal way and do it myself.

100mg over 12 weeks would be about 8 mg per week. I think you misread - I believe a standard nebido shot is 1000mg.

Yea MP is correct. Its a terrible schedule but maybe better than nothing. Would be best to see if they would let you take once monthly shots.

Not much of a problem when you're CLEARLY primary hypogonadal and might have a tumor? Uhhhmm, and I thought I had heard it all. Geeeez, RUN don't walk, to another doctor!

Search for posts by Bigben, he's on a good TRT protocol across the pond and has a pretty informative thread about it. :)

Your doctor is retarded. She needs to turn her medical license in. You have clear cut Hypogonadism. You need treatment. The average male is at 600ng/dl. 18 year old girls are at 70ng/dl. You are closer to a woman's level of testosterone than a male's.
