Hello my name is Shawn.
I'm 19 in the army and need some help developing a workout.
I'm 5 11 165 lbs my diet varies since I eat at the chow hall but I attempt to eat healthy with higher protein lower fat and carbs.
I currently cannot do any lower body lifts cause I have fractures in my hip from ranger assessment selection training.
My current t workout consists of just hitting various muscle groups throughout the week. Like chest and tris the next day back And bis and shoulders and so on.
I just hit up Gnc and My stack includes
pink magic

powerfull
prime
Creatine
oxygen elite
protein powder
and jacked.
If you can give me any tips on how to gain mass yet still be effective and how to also get cut any advice is appreciated.
