Help with some side effects

Hey guys, I'm 6 weeks into my Sustanon (sust) 350 cycle at
550mg per week. I'm getting pretty good gains I'm up 18 lbs so far. But the only negative side effect I'm having besides a few bumps here and there is that my nipples are puffy? There are no lumps or itchy weird feelings, they are just puffy and wider than normal? I'm taking adex at .5 mg Ed but I don't know why they are like this. And the weird thing is that when my nipples get hard everything looks fine. Need some help guys, what should I be using to combat this problem?

Have bloods done to see how much aromatization is going on. No need to guest. Hold off on increasing your A.I., until you know as you're already at a pretty mod dose considering you're taking it ED at .5. If your E is under control and no other signs come then no worries. If not the case post your numbers and the guys here we help you began to determine what is the problem, be it bunk Adex, or otherwise. As of now get bloods, don't guess.

Would also be wise to post pictures of what you're calling puffy.

Id start nolva 60mg ED til it goes down and taper off of it. That has always helped me, don't wait for bloods, get on it sooner, you don't want anything permanent developed

I thought if you were going to run Nolva you were suppose to stay away from using it with Adex due to the reduced effect on type II A.I.s, and use with Aromasin instead? Either way many "see" things that aren't there, which is why I asked him about posting pictures. Since he is saying their puffy but not itchy, I'm curious to know what he is referring to as puffy. Not saying it doesn't happen nor am I saying don't jump on it if he can, I just like to remove the guess work as there is always the chance of causing other problems by guessing.

Yep, he'd have to switch to aromasin or raloxifene unless he wants to guesstimate the 30% reduction in efficacy from the drug interaction. I've seen dehydration cause puffy nipples too, so good call on the blood test.
