Hey guys , I need some help with squat form, because I want to have huge legs, and a huge squat.
First problem is they always hurt my knees , even if I use wraps they still hurt. I think my problem is that I can't seem to squat right, I do a back squat if you will , where I kinda fold up . I've tried even with the bar to go ass to calves with a shoulder width foot placement, but I can't do it without feeling Like I am going to fall backwards.
Any advice?
