Help with torn rotator cuff

View attachment 562947View attachment 562948My wife and I got t boned Friday night and they are pretty sure I've torn my rotator cuff and was wondering if any specific sad or pepidites would speed recovery or just stick with the surgery

Perhaps growth hormone not TB500. But if surgery is needed they will not change that fact.

I do Tuesday but I was just checking other options

Sorry I haven't been able to update my wife had to have surgery to have glass removed from her arm where she flew out of the passengers window five inches long and a half of an inch wide
