Help with training

I just started a laurobolin, anavar, clem and T-3 cycle and my goals are to lean out and maybe gain a few lbs of lean musle if possible i know diet is very important but what kind of split would help me with my goals? My week looks like this

Monday- Chest, Tri, shoulders, traps
Tuesday- Back, bic, forarms, cavs, abbs
Wensday- Cardio 30-40min
Thursday- Legs
Friday- Light Chest, Hard tri, bic, cavs, traps and abbs
Saturday- Hiking/ cardio
Sunday- OFF

Anyone have something better let me know
 
drop friday and you be good to go.

clem and t3 you gonna drop weight no doubt esp with the week Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) you listed. are you getting ready for a show or something. jes curious as to why you gonna do clem and t3 when there are safer ways to add muscle while loosing fat.

yeah i agree with pulling big i suggest you drop the t-3 unless your getting ready for a show my suggestion is to go do a rutine when day 1 you do chest and back 2 excersices and 3 sets per excercise , super set the chest and back and add some drop sets day 2 shoulders and arms same 2 ex. and 3 set per, and superset and drop setsday 3 legs 6 sets quads 6 sets hams superset too. rest 1 day repeat then rest 2 days repeatcycle , as for aas, anavar is too costly for the gains, id suggest Winstrol (winny) ,and fina and you'll rip up in no time,. or at least deca ,equipoise ,winny stack.
