help with wheel of death form

I dont use these that often just when i feel like a bit of a kick. But Personally I'd stick with the ab wheel because it forces you to incorparate more muscles to stablise your core IMO using the BB makes it easier.
 
true that!!! can't seem to find them anymore nowadays over here in the philippines. back then, when I wasn't still lifting at all, they have it everywhere
 
glutes tight on the way down. dig knees in to get up.

i try to lead with my chest as much as i can, not my belly.
