Help woth routine have to take out chest excersises!

Hey guy just looking for some tips for a work out plan, to fill out the whole week! im having a hard time building up my chest again its been 7 months since my shoulder accident but im trying,

jus wondering if i should go in this order or change it up and take a break mid week and what excersise should i repeat once?legs

mon: Legs
Squats
leg press
calves

tue: Back
Lat pulldowns
seated row
bent over row
Deadlifts

wed: LIGHT shoulder workout bc of AC tear
Military press
lateral raises
upright row
shrugs

thurs: Biceps/triceps

fri: Possibly legs again or shoulders?

sat: maybe light chest workout
 
Your work out plan is good one and but I think you should change your exercises on Friday and Saturday with some abs work-out.
