I just started creatine loading dose of 20g a day 5g 4 times for four days this is my second day. I take it with breakfast one cup of cheerios and skim milk with a cup of 100% grape juice. Then I have a protien bar for a mid morning snack with water. I eat a can of tuna with a carb bar for lunch and another 5 of creatine. Two aminos before workout with some workout fuel and two after with a postworkout drink. For dinner I eat a newyork strip ( 12 oz) with plain bake potato or sweet potato or chicken breast next mid evening snack with 5 more of creatine usually a oatmeal bar or another protein bar. I work 16 hour shifts so I work out on my days off Sunday everyother Monday tuesday Wednesday and every other satday. I work arms, back, shoulders, leggs, and chest and going to start cardio 3x a week next week (YUCK) but going to work abs 3x a week after my work shift ( my least favorite to work haven't worked abs in a long time).

I just started this, before I just ate real light worked out light and did cardio to stay "thin". My husband told me to build muscle I needed about 1.5 to 2g of protien per body pound. I'm tring to work up to that but that's ALOT of food and drinks. I put on 8 pounds in about a week and 1/2 but it was killing me to eat that much. I have started to buy the protein liquid like shots and drink 2 of those a day when I have them. They have 42 g of protien in them but omg are they nasty! Bu I'll do what it take o build.

Lay out your diet in 'list" form next time.

Your diet needs work. Eat unprocessed foods for the most part. Get rid of the juice and oatmeal and protein bars.

Go to diet section...look at the clean food lists and choose from there.

Let me help you do a basic start.

Lift 4-6 times per week hitting all body parts once. Cardio...3-5 days with some HIIT cardio in there.

Diet...5-6 meals daily. All with a clean protein source. At least 4 with a clean unprocessed carb source and 3-6 with EFA's.

Supplements to take...multi-vit and fish oils. The rest are up to you.

Creatine loads water into the muscles which is great to assist with better lifts but if you want to lean out you are just holding extra water.

Take this advice and make up a new diet and training plan...lay it out in a easy to read manner and we will tweak it.

Also what do you currently want to do....bulk up or lean out?

You are sort of there but need some help.

Also....eat fibrous vegetables throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. I carry around a container of assorted raw veggies and have 2-3 servings of a green veggie with certain meals.

MM nailed it. anabolics are not the answer for you. you need to learn how to eat to grow and how to lift to grow. from the looks of your diet, i assume both of those areas need work. what many people seem to forget is that possessing steroids is a felony punishable by jail time...not to mention a majority of the side effects for women are irreversible. would you rather take those risks or learn how to eat and lift?
