hmmm,,, thats a bit a cardio you do weekly. i would go and get the FREE t3 and t4 checked. and then stress to your reg doc the symptoms your having so you can help aleviate em.
so you have and extra 25-30 still on you.
i was thinking, that freeday is not just to enjoy but to trick or shock the body. that one day or meal per week helps in fat loss from what ive read. thats why i make sure i throw in the freeday, not for mere enjoyment. maybe you should start throwing in some freedays or meals to trick your body. and then keep on going with the clean eating.
i would stay away from sugar free this and that, do to the fact that companies like to substitute glycerol (aka glycerin) for carbs. but glycerol (aka glycerine) is neither a carb nor a protein so it does not have to be on the Nutritional Facts, but packs more calories than both carbs and protein. go low fat instead. just my 2 cents.
anyways keep us updated

Answers to a few questions:
I had initially gained more like 35-40 pounds, but about 5-10 came off right after I stopped the dbol/anavar.
The company name was ttokyo labs.
I had my thyroid checked a little while after I stopped taking it, but they didn't return an abnormal result, which is weird. I've always suspected a thyroid issue, and I have a lot of the symptoms. My hair falls out in clumps, thankgod a I have really thick hair, and I'm ALWAYS cold. Even when it's hot. I'm lethargic a lot of the time, even though I exercise regularly and get enough sleep. Okay, I don't ALWAYS get enough sleep, but you get me.
I really do an insane amount of cardio, and eat very well. I never even have a cheat day or meal. Once in a while I'll have some sugar free frozen yogurt, but a small portion and very rarely. I do a lot of runnning, and I teach an average of five Spinning classes a week, sometimes as many as eight, never less than four.
Again, I appreciate the help from all of you. I wish to god I could turn the clock back a few months.
