Help!!!!

im am about to start running:

tren ace: 100mg eod 1-8
andropen: 275mg eod 1-13
anavar: 100mg ed 1-8

need help qwith diet trying to get shredded as quick as possible
 
Slow down buddy. Understand what
your food requirements are for this cycle.
That is what will ultimately determine your results.
Your gonna have to eat a lot and clean.
Curious, what does your routine consist
of? prior cycle history?
 
i have run 6 cycles and all have been bulking.

my routine is:
mon: chest
tues: off
wens: arms
thurs: shoulders
fri: off
sat: back and legs
sun: off

on all my previous cycles i would just eat whatever to try and gain as much mass as possible but im through with that and reall wanna get shredded for the summer.

Not trying to be funny or anything, but you should be focusing more on your Back and Leg day ie giving them their own days. Legs and back are wayyyyy more important for building size. I.e. I usually do Legs Monday and then my back day is on Friday so I have adequate rest in between for my hamstrings....Heck some people (including myself in the past) do legs 2x during the week when trying to put on serious size.
 
yea i know must be nice to be able to come and go as you please with no worry of work lol
im just a little bit jealous
 
You could accomplish a lot by
switching your routine...
It's very hard to train back and legs
effectively the same day.
Back is about 1/3 of your muscle mass,
legs are about 1/2. For this reason
train them on separate days with a
few rest days in between.
My current routine is nothing special,
but everything get trained.

Mon - Back, bi's, calves
Tue - Chest, tri's
Wed - Legs, (hams and quads equally.)
Thur - Shoulders, calves
Fri - bi's tri's forearms, abs

Again, getting lean is dependent upon
what you do and don't eat. Training and
cycling is a waste of time if you don't understand you must eat in alignment with your goals to meet them.
