Hi, to all im david 6'1 ,160 i want to start my first cycyle but need help on what i should use! Please help

Just kidding, always use TEST only for your first cycle, 500mg/wk minimum of 12 wks.

Two 19nor's is a bad idea.....But yes test only at 500mgs/wk for minimum of 12weeks is a great first cycle!
 
Food....and lots of it.

After that, a good workout regime.

Sorry, but with those stats, the very last thing you need is a cycle.

^ Yes this guy's right, I didn't even read the stats, as soon as I saw the first cycle I thought of saying something like tren & deca, so I just wrote it right away.
 
Thanks to all for the early reply, what do u mean by stats, i really need help, i dont want to be like my friends asking people that dont even know or have never use anabolic steriods.
 
You have to research, read and learn on your own first, then ask educated questions. You're not ready to self-medicate if you can't find your own ass in the dark with both hands.
 
At that height you should be able to easily get up to 200lbs naturally. A cycle isn't going to do much for you if you're not taking in enough calories. Post your age and current eating habits please.
 
male 23 yrs 6'1ft 160 i been going to the gym for about 1.5 yrs i eat 4-5 times a day big portions only

cardio- i practice w/my football club everyday so i dont want to lose my athleticism.
 
160lbs at 6'1!!! You need to start eating pasta and lots of it!! And lots of red meat! Those need to be your staple in your diet pasta and steak!

I think everyone can be 200lbs naturally!
 
a friend with exactly the same eattin habits got started w/ test at 400mg wk for 2weeks ago and u can already see the difference! muscle,speed,power,reaction are at his best,
 
I would listen to these guys. They really know their shit dude. Eat a shit ton like they say and when you get some natural mass on you then you may be ready. There is no point in looking for a cycle if it wont last after the cycle ends. Best of luck either way
