Hey guys I have been lingering here for a while but heres my intro. Like this forum and has alot of support. A little about me: currently a personal trainer and becoming an RN. I love to study the body, I have been working out for about 10 years now. All natural lifter stats are 198 at 5'10" around 12% bf
