HGH and Food Timing - is there a worry?

I always pinned hgh on an empty stomach first thing in the AM. Only because that's what the doc told me to do

HGH interferes with a cells ability to uptake glucose and get it out of your bloodstream. thats why first thing in the early AM well before you eat a meal is best.

If you do eat a meal early in the AM when taking an injection, probably best to avoid carbohydrates and simple sugars.

"Your body releases GH at night when you sleep. Taking synthetic GH prior to bedtime will only suppress your natural output."

"The best time to take it is upon rising in the AM. That way you take advantage of your natural GH output and then have another surge first thing in the morning. Getting two doses of GH is better than getting one."

Just a quick pull from another site. Seems to make sense. I'm not familiar much in the way of GH though so take it with a grain of salt.

Carb intake will only effect natural GH pulse. Synthetic hgh will work regardless of food timing. The idea of avoiding carbs near injection time is due to the fact that HGH reduces insulin sensitivity making it more difficult to lower blood sugar quickly. Some carbs won't hurt you but excessive carb intake...especially simple sugars may not be a good idea around time of injection.

Thanks everyone. So if I hear it right, taking external HGH at the same time as food is not a big deal unless it is simple sugars, and then there could be an issue. So if I take my HGH after eating my morning eggs I should be fine...and then again if I take my second shot about an hour after supper I should be fine again.

And avoid eating simple sugars and carbs right before bed since they could mess up the natural (ie, free) production.

Sound right?

That's how I do it. Sounds about right to me.
