HGH Cycle

Hey guys, looking to put together my first HGH cycle. Right now I'm just playing around with it and have not commited to anything. Honestly the more I read the more confused I get. My main goal is for recomp before summer. Definitely interested in muscle gains but primary focus is fat loss.
Below are my stats followed by the questions I have

Stats/Background
Age - 28
BF% - 12
Weight - 205 lbs
Weight Training Experience - ~10 years
Bodytype - natural endomorph
Nutrition - 40/40/20 split (diet consists of chicken, lean steak, ground turkey, milk, whey protein,
brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, wheat bread, coconut and olive oil, whole wheat spaghetti,
peanut butter, almonds, bananas, apples, wild frozen blueberries, carrots, peas, brussel sprouts,
V8 low sodium, green tea matcha....LOL makes grocery shopping easy...one list I just repeat)
Previous Experience - SERMs, superdrol, T3, clen...
Goals - Fat loss/recomp

Questions
1.) Dosage Timing - AM only, PM only, split into two dosages AM and PM?
2.) Dosage frequency - ED, EOD, 5 on / 2 off?
3.) Dosage Amount - I've read alot about this and really clueless. I'm thinking somewhere between 2-4 IUs.
4.) Ramp up - Should I start with a slower weekly IU amount and then increase it
Ramp up strategy 1 *This is the cycle I am most leaning torwards
Weeks 1-4 = HGH 2 IU’s one injection
Week 5 = HGH 2.5 IU’s one injection
Week 6 = HGH 3.0 IU’s split into two injections of 1.5 IU’s each
Week 7 = HGH 3.5 IU’s split into two injections of 1.75 IU’s each
week 8-24 = HGH 4 IU's split into two injections of 2 IU's each
Or
Ramp Up strategy 2
Month 1 - 2 IUs daily
Month 2 - 3 IUs daily
Month 3 to 6 - 4 IUs daily split into two dosages
5.) Does anyone have a good HGH guide they can point me to. I'm looking for something that goes over proper methods of injection, reconstituion, storage, and so on....
6.) Anything you think I should add to the cycle?


Anyway this is the cycle I'm currently thinking of doing...any comments

Proposed cycle - 6 month cycle following a 5 on 2 off plan

Week 7 = HGH 3.5 IU’s split into two injections of 1.75 IU’s each

this looks good ^^^.. maybe go up to 5-6iu ed 2.5/3iu twice per day, 5 on 2 off..

Well I have 500 ius and the proposed cycle only uses 425 so I could extend it a month or up the dosage to 5 for month 5 and 6 for month 6....

Any other thoughts/advice?
 
Extended is better then an increased amount. You don't have enough to increase it a bunch like to 10iu, so might as well get another month outta it
 
The best input I have since it is your first run with HGH is get an IGF-1 test or Gh serum test done soon after starting. So much trash out there now that you can't play it too safe with GH
 
as per your goals of body recomp... 2-4iu's will be a complete waste of time for that. U will need 8+iu's everday for months (6 months +) to start the see the results u are looking for...

before summer = not gonna happen on gh alone

u'd be much better off tightening up your diet, lots of cardio and run some tren/test for 10-12 wks
 
thats way too complicated for me, i guess it depends on what you want out of it, but to stay lean, have extra energy, and slowly build quality muscle? 3iu in the AM for me, with some test and one more flavor.

people have to remeber GH isnt magic, its much slower than AAS.

even the mod Needsize has said over and over (and he is show shape, pro) that 3-4iu is plenty for him.

4 of the blues, 2-3 of pharm, US pharm, is plenty.

i wouldnt dare shoot more than 5 at once unless i was competing hard.
