HGH + IGF1 LR3 on PCT. I'm doing it correctly ? Suggestion, improvement, changes ...

First of all I would like to say hi to everybody.

is now some time that I read this forum and finally I decided to open a post here as people in this forum knows what they are saying !

I'm 48 years old
103 Kg. weight
1,91 Mt. height

training 4 days a week since long time. About 3 years ago I started my first steroid cycle and now I just finished my last one. I'm now on PCT with 6000iu a week of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (splitted in 3 shot) and 100 mg of Mesterolone a day (splitted in two
intakes) in addition I'm on HGH cycle till 4 month using 5iu a day in one shot every day with 100 mcg of T4 and 50 mcg a day of IGF1 LR3.

What I would like to know from you is: I'm doing it correctly or ...

Here is what I do: Wakeup and take 100 mcg of T4, after 15 minutes have breakfast (high in protein) wait 75/90 min. and shot 5iu of HGH, go to the gym and have my workout (always with 20 min of cardio at the end) come back home have complete meal and 1 hour after (which is on or about 2 hours after the gym) shot 50 mcg of IGF1 LR3.

Any suggestions, improvement or correction in what I'm doing is really apreciated

I forgot to state that I just started the IGF1 LR3 and planned to make 2 cycle of 4 weeks with 3 weeks off between the two.

Dont have much experience on the hgh so i cant comment on that. So your doing the LR3 just before your 1hour/2hour after meal? and on non workout days just before breakfast?
 
I am doing 5 IUs of HGH a day with 200 ug of IGF DES3 and 200 ug of IGF LR3. Did lots of research and this appears to be an ideal plan (one of the IGFs is short acting and the other is long acting). I am also doing IM injections over subQ

Hi Talos, I'm doing the LR3 every day 1 hour after lunch time, either workout or not day (this means that when it is the workout days the LR3 is after 2 hours from workout).

It is hard to explain as my English is very poor but I try to explain better: I finish workout at 12.00, eat high protein meal at 13.00 shot LR3 at 14.00.

When is days off workout just eat meal at 13.00 and pin LR3 at 14.00.

Hope to be more clear in this way.

have already tried IGF DES and also IGF-1 EC (peg MGF) but with strange side effects like dried eyes, a general feeling of exhaustion and skin tingling generalized so I decided to give up with them.

I always pin SQ either LR3 or HGH and for time being I feel very good, only side effects from HGH is skin gettin very hard and slight pain in hands.

By the way thanks a lot for your suggestions, I really apreciated.

Sounds good bro. I have not noticed any of those side effects of the DES or LR3 forms of IGF-1. Nor with HGH, but will keep an eye open in case something pops up.

Take the LR3 at the same time as your hour after meal. Or sametime as your breakfast on days you do not workout

At the same time with meal on workout days this will not shout down my own production of IGF due to the fact that it is only 1 hour after gym ?

At the same time of breakfast on non workout days, but from what I read IGF should be done after HGH and not before otherwise it will interfere. Maybe I can pin it just after HGH in order to maximize HGH effects ... :)

I made a research and should not be a good idea to pin HGH and IGF at the same time as HGH is converted in IGF 1 in the liver upon interacting with insulin.

Reading in all forums all over I found that slight to havy pain in hands can happen, it is the carpal tunnel and also for the skin there are some informations while for other sides effects faced I never found anything.

Right you can dose hgh 30mins prior to the LR3. And no it will not interfere with your own production of IGF, think about people who use insulin

Yes, insuline interact with HGH in the liver and convert it into IGF1.

Just one question there are any contraindications to pin IGF1 LR3 and after 30 minutes eat a meal ? (like with HGH no eating 1 hour before and after pin)
