HGH pinning time.........

OK I know this is the million dollar question but I'm sure that with all the experienced / educated members here I'll gather some great info...

I have just started HGH, not for mass building purpose but for anti-aging / well being / fat loss, not that I'm fat by any mean (hardcore ectomorph) but at soon 38yo, an income decent enough and the decrease of HGH market price I'm very keen on giving it a try.

I pin 4IUs of generic HGH daily, 2IUs am and 2IUs pm.

I've read contradictory statements about pinning time...Some state that you shouldn't pin before bed as you will produce natural HGH during sleep, and that the recommended bed-time pinning is aimed at people suffering from low natural HGH.

Others state that a pin of HGH will shut your natural production for a solid 24H anyway, and that you should therefore pin at least once before bed to maximize the benefits.

My problem is that I can't back these statements by any research / studies to make a final choice regarding my pinning schedule.

Would someone be able to shed some light on this?
 
I pin first thing in the morning and that's all I've ever done. The bigger question is, did you bother to blood test your GH to see if it's legit? Lots of fake shit floating around out there.
 
as long as your taking it your on the right track. I've tried everything imaginable and basically get the same results whether I pin mourning, afternoon, pre workout, post workout, or bedtime. I prefer later in the day cause it makes me sleepy in the mourning and if I'm working that day im ruined. but that's just me. like riprock side get your stuff tested
 
There is a sticky showing what's recommended. I was pinning in the morning but after research I started to only do it at night.

Heavy eod.. Im.lookin for.mass.. Im.sure by next year ill go up too 12-13iu eod then ill split it am/pm.. But yeah ppl can tell u diff stuff left and right.. Everyones body reacts differently its up.to u to.figure out what works best n such.. I wouldnt do any before u sleeps bcz ur body produces gh in ram.sleep!! And me chosing eod.. I can do higher doses.. Save money on gh and wont completelybshut.down my own gh production..

I read a thread last week that eod is more effective especially subq the question.is if u do it.eod multiple shots? Or one AM on empty stomach.. That is for.us to.find out

I haven't tested it yet (I'm going for a s******d of blood works this week so I'll get this done first before jumping on the serum test) but so far I assume that it is at least partially legit as I start to experience CTS and, more annoying, these crazy dreams...It is from a source well known on this board (which doesn't mean a lot, I agree)

KingBF: actually this sleepy thing is why I ask...I can deal with being a bit sleepy in the morning, but I pinn again at 3/4pm and it kills my workout, if I was listening to me I would go straight from the office to bed...I've also read somewhere that pinning before bed makes the sleep deeper, it seems that I can't sleep even 15mn without having f****d up dreams, I almost start to be worried by going to bed just by wondering what crazy super real dream I'm gonna have.

I don't dream by nature (or at least I don't remember them) and for a few days now I must wake up at least once at night to stop the nightmare. I would love to have wet dreams but so far they are just, mmmm, not sexy at all :D
 
yes I haven't found a cure to the sleepy thing. I just don't pin in the mourning if I work that day. Its all good and dandy if I can take a nap and don't have to work. I get the vivid dreams too.
 
Nothing wrong with pinning at night, just make sure your pins are at least 2-3hrs after meals, iirc insulin makes hgh less effective (correct me if I'm wrong hgh bros).
 
Well the gh is most effective in the AM.. Bcz their is nthn in ur system.. Before bed isnt.worth it u produce natty gh anyhow
 
some say gh suppresses your natty gh for 24 hours. you also cant tell me running 6 iu before bed is just as affective as your natty release.

I don't buy that. from what I have heard your body naturally produce like less than 1iu of gh...so pinning extra gh before bed wouldn't really matter. from what I have read most guys haven't noticed a difference in effectiveness based off what time they pin.

I pin 7iu post workout eod. im a couple weeks in and im sleepy, and starting to get numbness/achy hands. also sleeping like a fucking rock. had a girl come over the other night and she made it in the door, in my room, and onto my bed, before I even woke up. and that was with my dog jumping up and meeting her at the door. im also dreaming a lot more now.
 
hey gram when do you eat your post workout protien/meal if your pinning immediately after. I always wondered how people do it
 
I have a shake immediately post workout that's one serving of karbolyn and like 30grams whey. ill usually eat like an hour or so after that, but im not real particular on when I eat. its whenever I get done taking my dog out for a bit and get cleaned up and showered. To be completely honest im very new to gh so there may be better options than what I am doing. I read so many different dosing protocols and just chose to try this bigger dose post workout protocol. initially I considered like 4iu/day for 6 days a week, but then I settled on 7-8iu 3-4/times a week post workout.
 
I think that to hight bro 7-8 iu??? I prefer morning and nite to inject my hgh
I only run my hgh 5 days a week 2 days rest
