HGH pinning time.........

once in the morning for me, when I am getting treated for my AGHD

I get sleepy and hungry when it starts to wear.

I have a shake immediately post workout that's one serving of karbolyn and like 30grams whey. ill usually eat like an hour or so after that, but im not real particular on when I eat. its whenever I get done taking my dog out for a bit and get cleaned up and showered. To be completely honest im very new to gh so there may be better options than what I am doing. I read so many different dosing protocols and just chose to try this bigger dose post workout protocol. initially I considered like 4iu/day for 6 days a week, but then I settled on 7-8iu 3-4/times a week post workout.

I thought it was counter productive to take in Carbs with your GH. Or are you using slin?

no insulin. explain how taking in carbs make gh not work?

Ive just read it multiple threads to take gh without carbs present but protein is ok. that's why most take first thing in the mourning then wait 45 min to eat, or before bed on empty stomach. I could be wrong though. theres so much contradicting information about gh.

ill be the first to admit im new to gh and don't know all the ins and outs yet. maybe you're right, but I consume a fast digesting carb with some protein immediately post workout as that's been proven to be effective, and I also like to pin my gh post workout...never thought the two would be counter productive. who knows? lol

eitherway im noticing a little more fullness with the gh so far

I'm new to GH use as well but I read a lot about it a few years back when I was thinking about taking some instead of AAS.

There are two reasons why people don't recommend to eat carbs close to GH intake.

The first one is that insulin is supposed to hinder the body response to external GH, therefore reducing it's potency. I haven't read any study / research backing this up.
The second is that the first weeks of GH at low doses or all cycle long at high doses, GH create hiccups in insulin sensitivity, which can leads to hypoglycemia. Injecting it one hour before of after any carbs intake helps to control it.

Personally I don't really buy the first statement but some swear by it.
Regarding the second I just follow it, no pin within one hour before / after meal. Those who suffer from the hypogycemia things work easily around it by keeping some sugar like candy bars on hand, they are supposed to subsides after a few weeks anyway unless you're on high doses.
