Yeah I have been pretty rude. I was so sure this thread was a joke, but maybe not.
BWJ, imo just save up for surgery. This may take a couple years, but that is a good thing. It will give you time to think about things, like "how important is this to me?"
All joking aside, I'm no penis expert, but I would say 5" is small but anything under that I could see being self conscious about.
Surgery WILL work, but I am afraid that pills, gels, and shots are just gimics that are aimed at a group of people con-men can take advantage of. If your penis is that small that your thinking about it all the time and your afraid to be with a woman then I do not see anything wrong with getting surgery.
