In a nutshell........HGH is great for healing and recuperation and fat loss, not so great for building muscle by itself. AAS is much better for building muscle.

Yeah it's expensive but igf-1 is elevated as well. If you're trying to weigh the options and price, I would say that AAS are cheaper and more effective. Maybe tren and test...I have no complaints. Hgh is going to take time to work but if you can afford it, then you should consider running gear on top of hgh.
