Im new here so i thought id stop in and introduce myself. My name is Alexis and im 27 years old. Ive been competing in figure for a couple years now and lifting for about 5 so im fairly knowledgeable in diet and training but always looking to learn something new.I also plan on moving from fitness to bodybuilding this year. Anyhow, this looks like a cool forum so im gonna lurk around for a while and hopefully make some new friends.
