Hi. Im 26 5"4, 170 pounds. I do cardio 5-6 days a week, and my diet is pretty good. I recently read a lot about clen and my husband is a body builder. I was looking for some more tips and advice on how to do it the first time. anything would be a huge help. thank you in advance for any help.
 
I would suggest running it like this:

Day 1: 40mcg's
Day 2: 60mcg's
Day 3: 80mcg's
Day 4: 80mcg's
Through to day 11
Day 12: 60mcg's
Day 13: 40mcg's
Day 14: 20mcg's

This cycle only goes up to 80 mcg a day which should work well. Some people go higher than that although this is what I would recommend for a first cycle.

I suggest keeping hydrated during the whole time as still stuff will give you some crazy cottomouth and possibly headaches. Go 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off, after that you can go back on again if you choose to.
 
Just make sure you drink plenty of water and maybe even take some potassium. I usually start to get muscle cramps around 60mcg's. But everybody has different tolerances.
