Hi girls!! Lets talk!

Frisco I gotta say there is no substitute for a gym you feel 100% working out at. Some will say...stop bitching and lift.... But I say if I am going to be mentally happier somewhere else than that can mean more energy and poundage. There is a Ballys I go to that is subpar and every time I go there my workouts suck. They have the same machines only they are old and creeky. I always drop 10-20lbs on every lift....something I cant afford. Find a better gym hun...its worth it.

Ok, I shouldn't be here in this form answering questions but as someone who is married, here's my two cents. I take Creatine and for men in adds water weight which for women is not a desirable trade off for a little energy. I also take Ephedrine products, either Diet Fuel by Twin Lab or Hydroxycut (which is harder to find). My wife will pop 2 tabs before here 4:00 am workout which is enough to jump her motor. I take about 9 caps a day. Last night I worked out 3 hours and still had energy. I don't recomend that dossage for you women a couple caps will give you a pretty good jolt.

My two cents.... Now back to the mens board where I belong.

Definitely stay away from the Creatine...tried it a longtime ago and looked like the Staypuff marshmallow man...

I found these pills called "Purple Passion" when I was up north in Redding last week...all I have to say is that those things make Xenadrine look like baby aspirin...

let's put it this way, I made it home in 7.5 hours where it should have taken me 9...
