Hi, New to the forum

Just wanted to say hi. Im new to the forum. Started using 2 years ago. Stopped for a year (I HATE needles). I am trying to get over that. Decided to get back on the horse. Just started my cycle 2 weeks ago. I live in central Florida I love it here!

Stack:
test cyp 500mg E5D
D-bol 20mg twice a day

I am thinking of adding EQ and possibly tren to that. or just one of the two. Haven't made up my mind yet. I have no problem getting anything and my prices are super low!! So I am open to suggestions.

I have a pretty decent diet. I try to take in at least 5,000 calories a day, 100-150g of protein. One thing i love about gear is it makes me hungry. without its hard for me to get 3000 calories a day. Now I have np getting 5. I take a multivitamin, milk thistle, saw palmetto, B-vitamins, probably some other stuff too. I have an at home gym I hit up every day for at least an hour or two. Sometimes more if some friends come by.
 
im 26 and this would be my 4th cycle. 4.5 really. Always used test and d-bol. I use to like test prop, but now I prefer the longer esters. I hate injections. As for the diet. Every morning Its 4 eggs, 4 bacon strips, 5 sausage links, 2 pieces of toast. hr later 900 cal weight gainer. Lunch varies. another 900 cal weight gainer. A pretty big dinner consisting of steak or chicken. This has been going on for the last almost 2 months. To be honest I kinda had a prescription pill problem lil less than 2 years ago. Aint touched em in bout 5-6 months. Weight went from bout 195 to bout 130. Anyways that's behind me and I am ready to great freaking stacked again!! Diet was hard at first but I am starting to love eating again. I have a fast metabolism so I don't really put on much fat at all. I stay very lean.

your 5-10 and 160 pounds , you need food not steroids. ive seen hundreds , if not thousands of hard gainers / fast metabolism guys come on these boards over the years and 90% or better overestimated their calorie and protein intake . some never got that much food in theme and others would get that much food in them occassionally and not mention the fact that and some days they barely ate.steroids are useless without the nutrients the body needs to grow , even if you somehow manage to eat a little better during the cycle you will lose it again after the cycle is over . come on man your 160 pounds and by your own admission your starting your FOURTH CYCLE.
 
Tenru , can u post some pictures of your physique ! Better to tell you something after that

Spot on. Listen to the dawg. Consistency is key. I see it time and time again. A lot of people that I know that work out say ohh I want to get as big as you yet they don't know how to eat right. I try to tell them but they don't listen or they only do it for a few days and then other days don't follow through. This takes commitment and dedication.
 
I guess I should of went into more detail. or you could have read my thread better?. This is my first cycle since I stopped using prescription pain killers.(like I said I am 2 weeks into it) That is why I lost all my weight. My eating habits were fine before that "problem" I had. Trust me I eat like a horse. 160 is pretty decent on my frame. Ive put on 30 pounds without any gear in the last 3 months. As I already said I just got back on track with my eating 2 months ago. And I have been improving on my routine. I don't overestimate my intake. Eat it everyday like it is a religion. And I get at least 100-150g of protein. I drink 2 rarely but sometimes 3 52g protein shakes a day. Its kind of hard with my 2 900 cal weight gainers everyday. I do not have any recent pics of my physique. But I will get some and get them posted up on here

how are u only taking in 100-150g of protein? 2 weight gainers and a large dinner of steak or chicken and 4 eggs and 4 bacon strips and 5 sausage links? if that is ur exact diet then you are taking in way more than that.....................:whipping:

Hello well I haven't started really I was prescribed testosterone enthanate for low t and found out it has helped me cut down significant I want to know how I can use a bit to get more results or if it is bad idea I was told I might be able to take a mild anabolic? Can someone help me out?
