Hiding gear on a deployment

Jareb01

I hate cycling off.
Hey everybody, going on a little deployment to an area I know I can get gear, any tips for hiding gear and pins?

You sure you wanna risk that buddy? I honestly think the best tactic would be right infront of their face. Just use a B12 vial and say you supplement IM vitamins because you have complaints.

That's actually a pretty good idea. I just don't want to be tested

Are you going to be stayin on base or in the field? I brought gear on my last deployment just fine in my hygiene bag. They'll prolly do a 10% check going. If they call your name grab your buddies gear. Bringing stuff with you is easy, bringing it home is a no go. I hid mine in the bottom of a footlocker with a lock.

I would consider PCT'ing off before deployment, play it by ear once you get there and if everything looks 5x5 you can start back up.

That way you aren't commited to something that'll get you discharged.

military gear test is expensive, unless they find it in your room your GTG. everybody bulks up on deployment. its impossible not to with the food you get.

Unless something drastically changed, they don't test for gear unless you get busted with it. Don't get busted with it. I was a motor T mechanic. I used to hide mine at the motor pool, in our lockers. They were never inspected..only our room lockers were. If your in the field, I would use one of those fake shaving cream bottles or something like that.

I know they don't test for gear unless they find it on you and them they have to test 5 others as well. What I'm worried about is someone finding a 25gauge needle and syringe and doing a company wide search. From what I'm told I'm gonna have enough time on base to make it worth my while to do a cycle. I think I'm gonna bring some clomid and novladex with me just to know I have a PCT available to me. Just need a good way to hide it

where are you going country wise? on deployment people don't get fucked with really unless your quad leader is a dickhead. at least in my 3 deployments all the BS was during training and in country you do what you were trained and are treated like a man...not a boot. you also have your whole platoon or company in multiple tents and barracks which would make it hard

I don't want to say where on the Internet because its a strange place to go and not a lot of people are going. Not a combat deployment. Defiantly going to be living in tent city though

Fake shaving cream bottle is damn good idea

Literally put it in your hygiene bag duct tape it together and let it be. I've been tested multiple times while on, and I just eas'd honorably so its all good. Don't be a damn idiot and tell all your unit and you'll be fine.

Good plan, I'm quiet about it, third cycle no problems

You have to hide it? I thought it was pretty common & accepted, just as long as you don't go around announcing it to everyone.
Or maybe that's just specific divisions? I don't really know how all that stuff works in the US, I just remember seeing other people talking about how "everyone was on" in their group or whatever they're called.

Hid all my shit in my rack kit haha and I was a fucking hot head over seas man. Still am at times due to my ptsd but they never tested me. As long as I was fighting hard they left me alone

You're GTG bro everyone will be on AAS on deployment lol even your CO's.

just don't talk about it and you will be good.
