high blood pressure update!

to stone and you other guys who remember my high blood pressure issues. if you remember last week my bp was 152 over 110. however i was going to get it taken again using a large cuff. you guys wanted to know if that would make a noticable difference. well the results are in. today 150 over 70.

so it did make a little difference but im sure the gear is the biggest factor. i still think that im going to keep my dr. appointment next week.

Good to see it came down. It seems funny that the systolic pressure did not change with the bigger cuff, but just goes to prove that a proper fitting cuff is imparative for an accurate measure.
