High blood pressure

Hey guys, I just did my 5 pin of test e and I've notices that my Bp is getting pretty high. Any recommendations on what I could do or take to kinda get this under control? Thanks

if its over 140/90 you need to see a doctor IMO but there are alot of OTC supplements you can take like CO Q10,fish oil, brewers yeast, asprin and many more, and drop your salt will help also

Well today I took it at the gym on one of those machines. My heart rat was elevated to 90 don't know if that makes a difference. It read 157/84. I'm taking 250mg test e mon/thurs.

So you're just over 2 weeks in, right? 5 pins. I've noticed you need to take your bp with those machines 3 times and average it. They're shit. Also, anxiety or places like that, that give some people anxiety can elevate bp abruptly.

Aspirin won't do shit. Increase your EPA/DHA intake via fish oil/chia seed. Try hawthorn berry and red yeast rice. Supplement your potassium, magnesium and calcium intake. Have a small glass of pure pomegranate juice daily.

Shovel is right, and to expand on what he said, put your BP monitor near your bed, then take your BP upon waking while your HR is resting.

I agree with all above. Test 3 times on machines. If it is still high go somewhere and have it checked.

Asprin will only thin blood. I take Coq10, 10g fish oil, Hawthorne, red yeast rice. Had my BP checked yesterday and it was perfect. Second time in a row, it's been a while since I've seen that.

Ah good catch user, I forgot about the coq10! You can get some pretty large dose gelcaps of coq10, too. I have some now brand ones that are massive.

also,i know it sounds unorthodox, but my nuerologist told me to use 15-20 grams of L-Arginine/day,to help dilate blood vessels, and ive been doing that for a long time and it really helps

As mentioned, those aren't very reliable, and anxiety can play more of a part than you think. But if you do find out it's legitimately high, try some hawthorne berry.

N2guard has it in it. But you can get just hawthorne berry itself if BP is all you are concerned with.

Thanks guys. I just went and got some 200mg coq10. I'm gonna try this and see how it works. I might go ahead and get some hawthorne berry also.

I have found when it comes to high BP, you're better off going all out to combat it. You might find 200mg of coq10 drops it by a couple points average, but you'll need to use multiple supplements to really drive it back down. Go over what User and I listed and pick them all up. I actually forgot to mention Odorless Garlic caps, those also thin blood/lower BP.

If I could only take ONE bp supp, it would probably be Red Yeast Rice. So make sure you get some.

Take what essay said but with Red yeast rice, it will decrease coq10 in your body so important to run those together. This stuff has all really worked for me.

Here's what I actually did and it's not that expensive.

First 2 weeks
800mg Magnesium/d
800mg Potassium/d
1.5g Calcium
150mg CoQ-10

After 2 weeks drop the Mag/Pot (unless your BP hasn't dropped at least 10 points, then stick with it for another two weeks)

After 4 weeks just take the 150mg/d of the CoQ-10. Even dropping to 100mg/d will proly do for maintenance.

Then on top of this I take Red yeast rice, Hawthorne, and 5-10g fish oil. My Bp was 145-150/90-94.

This dropped it to 120-80 and has stayed consistently after dropping the others. It won't work for everyone but I know plenty who had good results. I also got a bp med from my doc which is just a diuretic, Microzide, I took that for a few days but felt like a 5 yr old kid taking a leak every 30 minutes lol.

There is a lot of good info in this thread and really anyone on gear should be looking this over and running supplements to help protect cardiovascular system.
