High Fat low Carb???

If I wanted to reduce my carb intake to only post workout and replace it with fat, how much fat should I shoot for per sitting. (6meals) I am on a test e only cycle and am getting ready for a show in June. Any opinions/help with this would be appreciated.
 
this is a bit of a shot in the dark.. what are your current macros?? what are your current stats?? what are your goals??
 
about 5'6 180 im six weeks into test e cycle have gained 5 lbs nothin major yet, guessing because of my diet now is not a bulking diet. I am 12 weeks out from my show, basically I want to get what I can from this cycle and still lean out correctly for the show. Was going to run 20weeks
