High plasma count when im on aas cycle

usually when im on aas. My plasma goes crazy high. What should i do to prevent this on this current cycle i just started a week ago.
350mg prop
175mg tren. Only first 8 weeks
50mg anavar last 8 weeks
12 week cycle
