Hello everyone is this prolactin level abnormal for a 19 y.o. ? Could it cause some problems? Never did a cycle before this bloodwork. My TSH goes up and down in short distance like 1 month is 5,900 1 month is 4,000 etc.

Are you on any medications? Are you treating your hypothyroidism?

Yes, high prolactin can be unhealthy.

Are you male?

Yes im a male, no medications, no im not treating it due to ignorant doctors here, they suggested eutirox for life and they said high prolactin is not a problem.

I would deal with yir thyroid first. You need more blood work to get a better picture of how your thyroid is functioning.

Then see if your prolactin is still high.

How low is your Total Testosterone?

5,15ng/ml on max of 8,5 in january, 4 weeks ago it was 4,10 ng/ml on max of 8,5 Bloodwork always at morning before breakfast. Any advice?

515 is decent. 410 is getting lower than one would like. Hypothyroidism and high prolactin can both contribute to lowering testosterone levels. You need to find a qualified doctor who can help you get treatment.

Already Changed 3 "expert" doctors in my zone, can't find anyone anyway thanks

I still think you need to investigate your thyroid.

I have the same problem. What is it that one is supposed to look for in the thyroid? Should one go straight to thyroid meds
or should one do more tests first?

I have tested T3 and T4 and they are in the normal range. But TSH is 4.5 and Prolactin 19.5.

endocrinologist.

endocrinologist.

Ok, just thought that they probably wouldn't know as doctors usually don't know what they're talking about.
So my thinking was to get all the information I need first before seeing a doctor, so as to not be put on some
meds that isn't right.

But will try to see one tomorrow and hear what he/she has to say.
