High Rep Workouts Burn Abdominal Fat?

My max HR is 195 assuming the site I looked at is right. I am 5'9 165lbs and thirty years old with body fat about 14%..................I want to get a solid cut body before consuming huge amounts of calories with a bulking cycle. I have been doing 20-30 min cardio before weight training and try to keep my HR at 170 for 8min cool down for 2min then elevate HR back to 170-180 depdending on how aggressive I am feeling. I want to get to 10% BF and maintain my weight. Can anyone give me advice?

Losing is fat is 99% diet and 1% training. Don't waste your time trying to figure out the proper cardio program. Eat properly and the fat will come off. The hot ticket these days for losing fat seems to be the Cyclical Keto Diet. Search the forums here and you'll find all the info you need.
