I will try to keep this as short as possible. Please bare with me. It's been 6 years.
6 years ago I did a cycle (injectable). I don't remember the exact doses, but I took testosterone (bottle said 400mg), Winstrol, and an AI (I can remember the name, but I believe it started with an E). The cycle lasted approximately 6-8 weeks. I did not do any PCT. Very immature on my part.
Fast forward to 2015. My weight got up to 240lbs. Mainly due to poor diet. I got back in the gym toward the end of 2015. Since then I have got my weight down to 205lbs by watching my macros and fairly intense workouts. I'm 5'9", 33, and between 20-25% BF. Over the past two months my BF loss has halted. I'm still able to put on muscle, but the fat won't budge. My diet is in check and I lift 6 days a week, cardio 6 days a week.
I had my doctor (VA) run blood panel. On June 6 I was at:
FSH 1.2 mIU/mL Reference Range 1.3
-19.3)
LH 3.5 mIU/mL
Prolactin (NTX) 6.3 ng/mL
Test 5.1 ng/mL
Total Estrogen 206 pg/mL (Reference
Range 60-190)
The Doctor wanted to check the FSH and total estrogen levels again in a month. On June 27 levels were the same except:
FSH 2.1 mIU/mL
Total estrogen 349 pg/mL
The doctor recommended I eat more whole wheat and vegetables. I explained my workout was on point and informed her if the cycle 6 years ago. She said she would TRY to schedule a referral to a hormone specialists. I seriously doubt this will happen since it's the VA.
My questions are...
How much is the lack of a PCT still effecting me?
How much is my BF % effecting me?
Are there any AIs or Blockers you would recommend at this point with it being 6 years later?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
