I couldnt watch it all either but I skipped through it. I do my HIIT at 1:30 min intervals not 2:00.

Haha yea the guy seems a bit fruity at first, but he has a bunch of videos on training, diet, cardio and i guess a book too. Guy looks like he knows his shit, i never tried the HIIT cardio before.
