Hit a vein while pinning= wasted gear?

Hey there I was just wondering, I just did a shot, I did aspirate, got some air as usual so I injected but when I pulled out, some blood came shooting out and then stopped pretty quickly (2-3 seconds) so I guess I hit a vein on my way through.. I was just wondering is there any chance some of my gear came out with the blood or it was still completely absorbed into the muscle? I know it's a rookie question but I just want to make sure, thanks!

Most likely, you did not waste any gear... if any did come out it's nothing to worry about.

if you aspirated and no blood came into the barrel, then you simply passed through a small vein on the way in. Happens quite often. You won't have wasted gear and you'll be fine.

bACK IN THE 80 S WE USED 18 GAUGE 1.5 INCHERS AND i PULLED A PIN AND IT SHOT, THE BLOOD OUT ABOUT 4 INCHES THEN BLED LIKE AN ICE PICK WOUND...I understand ur q uestion and it s valid but ....savvy

I inject up to 3ml sometimes. Occasionally some oil will come rushing out. Don't worry about that crap. It's a tiny amount at best.
