Homebrew Finasteride Solution

I have some pills of Finasteride 5mg (Proscar).
How can I do it a well mixed solution? Also with vodka? Sorry I'm newbie yet on homebrew...

I'm only looking for a good solvent of finasteride. I read in past but now I can't find where.

I made the solution with 2,5 ml of Vodka and 1/2 Proscar (2,5mg). Looks good.
I'll take 0,4ml per day on cycle. Thanks for the help
